#WorkoutWednesday: Glutes and Hammies

Happy Wednesday All!

I did this workout Thursday, and I was still sore on Sunday. I stuck to pretty basic movements with lighter weight, but I minimized my rest to keep the intensity up. It was killer! Check it out below:

5×12 Dumbbell Goblet Squats

5×12 Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats

5×12 Dumbbell Single Leg RDLs

5×12 Barbell Good Mornings

5×12 of Each w/ 25 lb Plate:

–> Right Single Leg Glute Bridge

–> Left Single Leg Glute Bridge

–> Double Leg Glute Bridge
