Happy Wednesday All!
I did this workout Thursday, and I was still sore on Sunday. I stuck to pretty basic movements with lighter weight, but I minimized my rest to keep the intensity up. It was killer! Check it out below:

–> Right Single Leg Glute Bridge
–> Left Single Leg Glute Bridge
–> Double Leg Glute Bridge
