#WorkoutWednesday: Back Day Is Back!

Happy Wednesday Day All!

It’s been a while since I posted to a back workout, so here is what I have been doing for back day! Basically, I stick to the basics to work on the V-shape we all want. However, I am thinking about adding in a pull-up challenge here shortly. Stay tuned!

The Workout

3×12 Barbell Rows 

4×12 Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs

3×15 Close Grip Seated Rows

3×15 Rope Straight Arm Pull Downs

3×12 Dumbbell Rows
