Happy Wednesday All!

It’s time to share a push workout again! Honestly, this is probably my favorite day in the gym right now. I love doing dips, benching, and anything shoulder related! Check it out below:

3×10 Body Weight Dips

3×8-12 Flat Barbell Bench [Increasing Weight]

4×10 Incline Dumbell Bench Press

3×10 Cable Flies

3×8 Seated Barbell Military Press

3×12 Lateral Raises

Superset: 3×10 Plate Front Raises

3×12 Rear Delt Dumbbell Flies

Superset: 3×8 Underhand Barbell Front Raises
