Lately, I have been craving something sweet and cake-like right before bed. This recipe is a perfect cure, and it is a relatively big portion size. And, most importantly, it’s easy and quick to make! My two favorite components of a recipe! Check it out below:
What you need:
1 scoop protein (I used Ghost’s peanut butter chocolate cereal milk flavor)
1 egg white
1 TBS peanut butter (or any nut butter you prefer)
30 grams of Protein Buttermilk Pancake Mix
What you do:
Add your dry ingredients and egg white into a bowl.
Add in water until you get a pancake batter consistency.
Microwave for 60 seconds.
Top with peanut butter and microwave for another 20-30 seconds.
Enjoy a sweet treat before bed!
