#WorkoutWednesday: Ab Circuit

Happy Wednesday All!

A strong core is essential to lifting heavy — especially during compound movements like a back squat or deadlift! Your core helps stabilize you as you do the movement. Plus, who doesn’t want a fit midsection? I started doing this ab workout at the end of my workouts, and I am loving it! Check it out below!

Complete 4 Rounds

12 Weighted V-Ups

15 Russian Twists 

20 Crunches

12 Leg Lifts

15 Sit-ups

30 Second Plank
