Complete 4 Rounds  – Rest 2 Minutes Between rounds.

10 Burpees 

15 Pulsing Squats

12 Curtsey Lunges 

15 Push Ups

20 Mountain Climbers 

10 Switching Lunges

20 Plank Shoulder Taps
