#WarmupWednesday: Leg Day Preactivation

Happy Wednesday All!

This week, instead of a workout, I wanted to post a warm up for leg day. I lift fairly early in the morning, so I try to make sure my muscles are prepped before I start lifting weights to avoid injury.

2 Rounds; 12-15 Reps of Each 

Wide Stance Squats
